Welcome to the Health Center!

Did you know you can access free and confidential health care at Charlestown High?

Charlestown High School and North End Waterfront Health are proud to partner to provide access to health care for young people on campus. Our Health Center is a licensed primary care and behavioral health clinic on campus. We care deeply about supporting ALL students’ health and well-being — in and out of school.

ENROLL BY 9/25 AND 2 LUCKY STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE 4 TICKETS TO A RED SOX GAME!

We also communicate with your Primary Care Provider or specialist if necessary.

Prescriptions available in the health center, or sent to your local pharmacy.

All services can be provided in English & Spanish.

Low or No Cost

All students are eligible for care at the Health Center, regardless of ability to pay

We accept most forms of public and private health insurance.

 

Private

We will not tell anyone why you came to the Health Center

All services are kept confidential unless the student is a danger to him/herself or others.

 
 

At School

We can help you access all that you need to be healthy and well

You receive the same care that you would at your doctor’s office, without having to leave school. We work with your primary care provider if you have one.

 

As a Health Center we always:

  • Communicate with your Primary Care Doctor 

  • Refer you to other doctors or specialists that can help you 

  • Keep your information private!
